Went last week and had my glasses ready in just as week. I had a fantastic experience with the male staff that was serving me. He was very detailed when explaining the lenses and coating when I was getting my glasses done. You can tell he’s very attentive when it comes to customer service. There were a wide selection of glasses in different brands for one to choose from. I would recommend everyone who needs a new glasses to come and get theirs here.

I just wanted to thank you for your patience and support during my visit to Tampines Mall. I really appreciated how you took the time to help me with the disposable contact lenses. You guided me through the process without rushing, which made a big difference since I was having a hard time getting used to them. Even though I didn’t end up buying any, your detailed explanations and genuine concern for my comfort meant a lot to me. Thanks again for being so helpful!
