Capitol Optical

Alan from Capitol Optical has been my wife’s optician for many many years and recently, due to distance from our ‘new’ place, we switched opticians to Nanyang (whose service which has to be said, has been very far from satisfactory recently especially with very complacent staff who has really forgot about simple customer service). Anyways, my wife has been complaining tt she couldn’t see many things clearly with her far sightedness deteriorating and my 90 year old dad has been having the same issue. Thus, we decided to visit Capitol Optical at Changi City Point together. Alan is very friendly and is an experienced optician whom has many years of experience behind him. Loved chatting with him and also finding out why my wife kept coming here to get her glasses and contacts done for more than 5 years. He recommended a great frame to my wife and also gave a satisfactory and reasonable price. Siti who is relatively new , according to my wife, proved to be most patient with my 90 year old dad and though the eye check up took almost 10 minutes longer than usual, she was thorough and patient with my dad and we managed to confirm the degree to which the astigmatism was worsening on my dad’s left eye and was able to get a good pair of lenses and frames on him. Overall, it has been a great experience with Alan and Siti. Both are friendly and quite professional on the job. Very highly recommended!
