Awesome experience here getting my lenses updated. Lynne was very patient throughout, understanding my history and use cases. She was very clear with explaining things - everything from when I should / shouldn't wear my specs, what alternatives I had, timelines on production (even researched which branches I could pick them up from) and finally just arranged to have them delivered to my place FOC. She was also kind enough to replace my current specs' nose bridge when she noticed that they were already worse for wear. Very nice experience and will definitely come to them again. PS: their Corporate helpline was also very prompt in answering, giving me branch opening hours so I can plan for the right location. Very happy this led me to the Raffles branch!
